Kelowna house prices and sale activity

Fifteen neigbourhoods comprise the City of Kelowna.  Of course some neighbourhoods.....

• are larger than others
• may have a greater selection of new or relatively new homes
• are closer to professional and service amenities
• have a greater number of sale acitivity and
• have stronger home values

Now with 2010 behind and for your convenience, I have prepared three graphs showing Kelowna's neighbourhoods with their respective:

• average house price
• total house sale activity
• lowest house sale price

If you are a newcomer to our market these graphs will give you a feel of what to anticipate as far as neighbourhood home values.  You may already have home ownership and curious to your area's values to another that maybe you'd like to consider, or may open up some other choices you hadn't thought you could!  As well if you are a first-time buyer the graphs give you an idea what neighbourhoods might work for your budget to start home ownership.

Kelowna neighbhourhoods include *Black Mountain, Dilworth Mountain, Ellison, Glenmore, *Joe Riche, Kelowna North, Kelowna South, Lower Mission, North Glenmore, Rutland North, Rutland South, Southeast Kelowna, Springfield/Spall, University District and Upper Mission.  (*Portions of fall under the jurisdiction of Regional District of Central Okanagan.)
