1............$1,500,000 to 1,999,999 range

Active Listings
1..........$100,000 to $199,999 range
2..........$200,000 to $299,999 range
148......$400,000 to $899,999 range
51........$900,000 to $1,499,999 range
5..........$1,500,000 to 1,999,999 range
6..........$2,000,000 to $2,999,999 range
2..........$3,000,000 to $3,999,999 range

North Vancouver neighborhoods making up the 107 condominium sales included:

20.....Central Lonsdale
10.....Lynn Valley
8........Hamilton
8........Pemberton
4........Northlands
3........Lynnmour
3........Norgate
1........Edgemont
1........Pemberton Heights

Year-to-date North Vancouver's apartments account for 41% of North Shore's 1189 property sales.  Followed by:
North Vancouver apartment prices, at this time, continued to push up in spite of decreasing sales and increasing new listings in May.
