What $750,000 will buy you in Salmon Arm and across North America

Salmon Arm April 2008 median price for a single family residence is $398,450 according to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. If you had $750,000 in your pockets you can buy Salmon Arm 2,235 sf one level home with panoramic , unobstructed Shuswap Lake views. It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a full face of west window walls to the lake. Built in 1988 it offers four bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 fireplace double attached garage all on a private 0.24 acre!

A typical house in Greater Vancouver now costs $764,616 according to Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. For $750,000 here is what you get in Greater Vancouver and across North America:
