Not all North Shore residential sales are a million dollars plus!  In fact 48% of North Shore residential sales between January and May this year were below a million dollars; 1041 of 2,168.

61% of North Vancouver residential sales (940) were less than a million dollars and 16% in West Vancouver (101).

continues to be competitive

May 2015 Market Summary was just released by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reports "It continues to be a competitive Spring market for metro Vancouver home buyers. 

There were 4,056 sales in May.  This is up 23% compared to last year and nearly 17% for the Ten Year Average for the month.

Steady market

This past May the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver processed 247 North Shore detached homes sales compared to 277 the month before, a decrease of -10.83%.  Both North Shore's North Vancouver's 149 and West Vancouver's 98 May home sale numbers were down,  -11.31% and -10.09% respectively from April 2015.
