Blind Bay, Salmon Arm real estate prices

Every month shows big gains in market value.

Note.....Average prices indicate market trend only. They do not reflect actual prices, which vary from house to house and area to area. The median sale price is the midpoint of sales during the month. The Average and Median Sold Price are for Single Family Homes and does not include Residential Waterfront Properties.

Median and Average prices do fluctuate as they are affected by the number and price of homes sold in a particular month.

Nonetheless, each month the market surpasses expectations! Check the trend for Average and Median prices in Salmon Arm and Blind Bay for the month of August 2007 versus same month in 2006 for single family residences:


BLIND BAY
$445,501 ($421,109)
$394,500 ($370,500)

NE SALMON ARM
$348,555 ($292,660)
$339,000 ($285,900)

SE SALMON ARM
$376,546 ($360,461)
$397,000 ($330,000)

SALMON ARM (includes NE, NW, SE and SW Salmon Arm)
$369,599 ($300,212)
$385,000 ($298,500)
