Central Okanagan and Kelowna home prices

Kelowna total home sales through the first seven months of 2010 was up 7.12% compared to 2009 and 40.07% percentage drop compared to 2007. July home sale totals are the weakest for the year - even less than Janaury. Home sale trends showed monthly increasing sale totals from January this year to March after which the monthly totals started to lessen. July home sales are down 44.78% compared to the month before - June.
