Kelowna leave other Canadian cities in the dust with upper end real estate sales for the first quarter of 2010 in comparison to last year's Q - plus 700% increase. Greater Vancouver's West Side comes next with a 391% increase and Toronto's Oakaville at improvement of 375%.
