Kelowna and area residential real estate activity now and then

Kelowna and area* residential real estate activity is surpassing last years total number of sales and we still have a month to go to complete 2009. Residential sales numbers are better this year than last but down approximately 40% to 2007 when Kelowna and area realized the greatest number of residential sales. Take a look at the trend of sale activity since 1996.
