• Kelowna sales totals ytd are the same as last years where as West Kelowna is down -40%
• Kelowna  and West Kelowna average sale price decreased -8.3% and 26.7% respectively
• Kelowna and West Kelowna median sale price softened -10.4% and 10.5% respectively

According to today's CMHC's July Canada Prelimary Housing Starts Data Kelowna is down 20% ytd (Jan-Jul) for single family residential housing starts.  For a closer look check out:  CMHC's July Housing Now Kelowna.
