Kelowna real estate market includes Lakeview Heights. West Kelowna, Lakeview Heights, Shannon Lake, Smith Creek, Westbank and Glenrosa comprise the municipality of Westside which was established in 2007.

The Westside area provides a variety of living options including lakefront, single family residences, townhomes and condominiums. Home areas are located in either free-hold land areas or leased land within the Westside First Nation's Reserve. Westside location in recent years has seen huge growth in new residential and commercial developments making it real easy for Westside residents to stay in their area for all shopping, professional and service amenities.

The area of Westside extends from the Westside of Okanagan Lake to Glenrosa. Westside population according to the 2006 census: 28,972.

Westside is a ten-twenty minute drive to downtown Kelowna, 15-20 minutes to Orchard Park Mall, 15-20 minutes to Kelowna General Hospital, and 30 minutes to Kelowna International Airport.
