Filtering through the past seven days of market numbers the trend is typical for this time of the year to see less sale activity but interestingly active listing count holding.

If you are an active buyer and uncertain which Kelowna neighborhoods offer the greatest selection of homes for your wallet size the following might help you to focus:

• < $300,000 found predominately in Kelowna North, Kelowna South and Rutland North neighbhorhoods;
• $300,000-$500,000 range is mostly found in Kelowna North, Glenmore and Kelowna South;
• $500,000-$750,000 range found mostly in  Upper Mission, Glenmore, Lower Mission and South East Kelowna;
• $750,000-$1mil check out  Upper Mission, South East Kelowna, North Glenmore and Lower Mission;
• $1mil+ it's Upper Mission, South East Kelowna, Lower Mission and Glenmore.

West Kelowna homes actively listed:

• < $300,000 can be found in Westbank Centre and Glenrosa;
• $300,000 - $500,000 range Westbank Centre, West Kelowna Estates and Lakeview Heights;
• $500,000 - $750,000 range most located in Lakeview Heights and Shannon Lake neighbhorhoods;
• $750,000 - $1mil Lakeview Heights and Shannon Lake;
• $1mil+ it's Lakeview Heights, Shannon Lake and West Kelowna Estates.
