We are reaching the first quarter of 2010 and already Kelowna real estate activity is stronger than 2009's first quarter - 58% stronger and we still have six more days to go! YTD sale numbers are stronger than prior to 2001 but still not the sale activity numbers experienced in 2002 - 2008 first quarters.
