Kelowna's real estate market offers a great time to buy, sell or both

Half way through 2010 Kelowna and area real estate market is shifting. Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Boarad stats show ytd an increase in Units Lissted, +15.98% and an increase in Units Sold, +30.6%. June 2010 compared to June 2009 shows +5.7% increase in Units Listed, -21.72% decrease in Units Sold and +5.81% increase in Active Listings.

Confused by all these numbers. What does it mean?
1) Greater selection of properties for sale
2) Less number of properties selling
3) Property prices easing/adjusting - downward
