Kelowna's upper end residential sales compared to other Canadian cities

Kelowna's runs way ahead of any Canadian city for the greatest increase in the 1Q of upper end residential sales, a staggering +700% increase this Q compared to 2009 1Q. Other cities are in the dust with Greater Vancouver's Westside trailing with a +391% increase and the Toronto's Oakville with +375% improvement.
