Kelowna strata trend over the years

Kelowna strata includes townhomes and condominiums. The average strata price was strongest in 2008 not unlike single family residences; $315,308 and $546,636 respectively.

Kelowna strata 2009 average prices adjusted a smitchen - down approximately -7% compared to the year before. Strata average price adjusted less than single family residences, -7 % and -9% respectively.

Over ten years Kelowna average strata prices jumped 122% - just behind single family residence's 158%. For strata, average prices have increased annually by approximately 12% since 1999. Single family residences approximately 15% annually. Not a bad return on your investment whether a house, townhome or condo!
