Real estate pace of Kelowna and area shows increasing monthly sale activity as well as increasing property selection. Year-to-date (Jan to Apr) total number of properties listed have increased 20.74% and property sales increased 60.18%. In spite of increased sale numbers compared to last year it is taking longer to sell a property likely because of the increasing amount of properties being listed; ytd 0.41%. Time will tell to confirm if a market transition is happening here - simmering of sales as inventory selection increases.
