Salmon Arm, Blind Bay real estate prices

Average prices indicate market trend only. They do not reflect actual prices, which vary from house to house and area to area. The median sale price is the midpoint of sales during the month. The Average and Median Sold Price are for Single Family Homes and does not include Residential Waterfront Properties.

Median and Average prices do fluctuate as they are affected by the number and price of homes sold in a particular month.

So here is what has been going in Salmon Arm and Blind Bay for the month of September 2007 versus same month in 2006 for single family residences:

BLIND BAY
$706,092 Average Price September 2007 ($548,050 Average Price September 2006)
$590,000 Median Price September 2007 ($530,450 Median Price September 2006)

NE SALMON ARM
$348,444 ($288,283)
$375,000 ($268,000)

SE SALMON ARM
$436,600 ($300,808)
$425,000 ($282,000)

SALMON ARM (includes NE, NW, SE, SW Salmon Arm)
$400,571 ($292,444)
$415,000 ($270,000)
