Getting mixed messages as to what is happening to the Shuswap area, Salmon Arm, Blind Bay and Sicamous real estate market? Now six months into the new year we have stats to show the new trend of more homes on the market, more time to sell and less sale activity. There are exceptions to this trend but not too many! What is happening this year in the Shuswap area is not unlike many places in BC and Alberta.

In order to sell in today's market Sellers have to pay more attention
to how they price their home. Buyers have twice as much selection than previous years.
