Shuswap area includes Blind Bay, Chase, Eagle Bay, Monte Lake/Paxton Valley, NE Salmon Arm, North Shuswap, NW Salmon Arm, Pritchard, Revelstoke, SE Salmon Arm, Shuswap/Anstey/Seymour, Sicamous, Sorrento, Salmon Valley, SW Salmon Arm, and Tappen/Sunnybrae.

Sale activity break down according to type of inventory shows Single Family Residences +13%, Strata +35%, -1.5% Mobile Homes and -6% Lots & Acreages.

Close look at Shuswap area median sale prices went up in 2007 compared to 2006; +24% Single Family Residences, +14% Strata, +60% Mobile homes and +37% Lots & Acreages.
