 May 17, 2008 ADAMS RIVER: homes can be built despite rezoning denial Developer Mike Rink dismissed speculation Friday he is stuck with about $20 million worth of Shuswap Lake housing he cannot sell. "We started out intending to develop under the zoning we have," Rink said about the construction of 19 houses reportedly marketed at $1 million each.
