August house sales in West Vancouver increased +19%, house price index +6% and inventory decreased by -13.5% compared to August 2019.

In West Vancouver, there were 49 sales in the month of August. The sales to new listings ratio was 34% which represents a buyer’s market. For August 2020, the sales to total active listings percentage was 11%, an increase from 8% in August 2019. Sales for August 2020 were up by 9 units compared to August 2019.
