Our local real estate board reports Metro Vancouver home buyer activity has returned to historical levels after a quieter first half of 2019.  Realtors registered 2,498 home sales on MLS in November.  This is 55.3% higher than we experienced at this time last year and 4% above our November 10 Year Sales Aaverage. 

On the supply side we saw 2,987 homes listed for sale in November.
