A close look at North Vancouver's market activity the past month shows active house listings down -3.5%, sales up +16.7% and MLS® HPI Benchmark Price down -11.1% from the same month last year.

In May, North Vancouver condominium active listings were up +87.8%, sale numbers remained the same and the MLS® HPI Benchmark Price down -8.7% compared to May 2018.

West Vancouver Real Estate

A snapshot of West Vancouver's market activity the past month shows active house listings down -11.5%, sales up +43.6% and MLS® HPI Benchmark Price down -16.6% from the same month last year.

In May, West Vancouver condominium active listings were up +50%, sales down -47.6% and the MLS® HPI Benchmark Price down -18.6% compared to May 2018.
