Since the beginning of the year West Vancouver and North Vancouver different property types monthly inventory totals have been pretty much above their respective 10 year monthly inventory average. 

Year-to-date (Jan to Aug) sale activity compared to same period last year is up for WV and NV houses, +7.5% and +19.5% respectively.  NV apartments sale numbers are down -14.5% and  WV -45%.  WV townhome sale numbers ytd  the same as last year this time however WV down -55.5%.
