North Vancouver House Market Trend

Buyers in North Vancouver's detached house market are facing less competition and have much more selection to choose as 2019 progresses, not unlike West Vancouver’s detached house market. For North Vancouver and West Vancouver detached home sellers to be successful, it’s important to set prices that reflect today’s market trends.

North Vancouver 2018 total house sales were down 35% from 2017, 45% from 2016 and 54% from 2015, while West Vancouver saw a percentage drop, 35%, 60% and 69% respectively.
