Last month listing and sale numbers were down for most North Vancouver property types compared to the month before.

Listings were down about -40%, up +3.8% and down -47% for detached homes, attached homes and apartments respectively. Sales down approximately -44% for detached homes, attached -65% and apartments -54%.

April NV House Price Index:
$1,545,100 Detached homes, down -0.4% from March, up +2% from April 2019 and up +33%, 3 year change %.
$986,100 Townhome, up+2% from March, up +4% from April 2019 and up +8%, 3 year change %.
$672,500 Apartments down -1.8% from March, up +1.6% from April 2019 and up +14.5%, 3 year change %.
