Recent report released from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver shows West Vancouver April total active detached house listings down -3.39% from the same month last year.  Detached house sales in April were up +18.8% from April 2018.  The house price index for detached West Vancouver homes was down -15.7% for April 2019 compared to April 2018; $2,574,100 and $3,054,000 respectively.

West Vancouver April apartment listing totals were up +42.4%, sales down -60%, and HPI Benchmark Price up 12.9% from April last year.

Sales-to-Active Ratio for all West Vancouver property types (houses, apartments and townhomes) have been holding in buyers market conditions!
