Month after month North Vancouver home prices continue to climb. End of September the average year-to-date Home Price Index $1,154,438, was up 16% from last year's $991,667!
2015 is the first year ever that North Vancouver that the MLS® Home Price Index composite benchmark price for a residential home has been holding monthly over the million dollar range and the Median Price since January 2014.
At the end of this September there were 1,171 North Vancouver home sales recorded through the listing service system, a 12% increase from a year ago.
Each month in 2015 the monthly inventory levels have been less and sales up in comparison to 2014, sustaining sellers' market conditions through out the year where home buyers compete for fewer home listings.
Gains in North Vancouver home values is being lead by the detached home market. Condominiun and townhome properties are not keeping up with the same amount of percentage gain on prices at the moment.
