Home sale trends has received so much attention!
For much of 2013 and 2014 Vancouver's North Shore which includes North Vancouver and West Vancouver, experienced balanced market conditions. This changed in the beginning of 2015 when demand began to surge along with prices.
As you can see in the graph* below residential sales began to shoot up over the next year and a half, culminating an all times monthly sales records in 2016's Spring months:
North Shore home sale activity has shown some moderating signs in late June and this carried into July.
It will be a 'wait and watch' over the next of months to see whether or not this marks the return of more normal residential market trends on the North Shore!
