In it's recently released monthly Market Update the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver conveyed 'The first month of 2015 saw home sales activity above historical norms.  While the number of homes listed for sale trended below typical levels. Inventory of West Vancouver detached house listings at the end of this January (407) was
  • down -11.7% from the same month last year (461), 
  • up +40.3% from December 2014 (290) and
  • up +17.5% of the January ten year average inventory level (355).

North Vancouver detached house sale activity recorded through the MLS® system of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver numbered 67 in January 2015.  This was up +24.07% from January 2014 and +4.69% from December 2014.
