The sales-to-active listings ratio in September was

Month after month North Vancouver home prices continue to climb.  End of September the average year-to-date Home Price Index $1,154,438, was up 16% from last year's $991,667!
2015 is the first year ever that North Vancouver that the MLS® Home Price Index composite benchmark price for a residential home has been holding monthly over the million dollar range and the Median Price since January 2014.

Nearly one in six canadian's couldn't handle a $500 mortgage increase

According to the bank, 16% of respondents said they would not be able to afford such an increase, while more than a quarter, or roughly 27%, would need to review their budget.

In West Vancouver, detached number of sales year-to-date for September 31st, 2015 is up by 5% from last year at that time.

YTD average Median price ($2,400,833) of what has sold and House Price Index price ($2,265,500) is up 15% and 14% respectively from last year.
